The National Research and Development Foundation provides loans, training and consultancy services for the benefit of micro and small entrepreneurs, which may be organized as proprietorship, partnerships, companies or co-operatives.

ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

The Foundation’s approach in assisting small and micro enterprises is to combine credit and counseling services so as to maximize the use of funds in developing viable businesses. Clients who receive loans are visited regularly by business counselors who gives technical advice and assistance and to help NRDF in assessing broader training and financing needs.

MANAGEMENT SERVICES

NRDF has the ongoing capacity to provide management advisory services to micro and small businesses, private sector agencies, companies, hotels, Government institutions, international and other organizations. These include product and sectoral studies, opinion/ attitude surveys, institutional analyzes, strategic planning, feasibility studies and business proposals.

Related to these products is our track record in delivering human resource development seminars for top management, middle management, supervisors and line staff of several private and public and sector organizations. In most cases, where advice is followed, overall productivity and levels are seen to improve.
