Institute of Business Studies
The institute of Business Studies was established in April 2004. It provides training to the St. Lucian public with a specific focus on providing education from its certificate courses, UWI endorsed courses, and professional programmes such as ABE, ACCA and Holborn to name a few. The institute offers a wide range of programmes such as: Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource, Financial Management, Business Management, Travel Tourism & Hospitality and Law. The Institute of Business Studies Department has established alliances with a number of profession bodies such as:. The institute at the moment has a staff compliment of two; a Training Officer and a Training Assistant with the General Manager being the head of the department. The Institute currently out source it’s teaching and tutorial services to qualified and competent individuals to facilitate all its training programmes which are held at the Foundation’s premises at La Clery, Castries.
