Effective Writing for Business

TARGET GROUP:  Clerical Staff, Administrative Staff, Junior and Middle Management, Heads of Departments.

BACKGROUND: This programme introduces the fundamental principles of effective writing.  The technique and art of good communication are imparted in each session.  This programme teaches and enhances the skills of writing the various forms and formats of Business Communication.  It is further enhanced by a unique self-evaluation questionnaire that enables students to monitor progress.

  • Participation 10%
  • Exams 60%

REVISION & EXAMINATION :

Participants will be required to participate in class discussions /practical exercises, submit assignments and at the end of the programme, sit an exam.
