TARGET GROUP: This Course is targeted at supervisors and middle managers
BACKGROUND: This course examines concepts of effective supervision. It will allow participants to understand the management process of an organization, effective communication, evaluating and coach subordinates, understand functions of leadership and motivational skills, effective team building, human resource development and the ideal supervisor roles, qualities and functions.

ASSESSMENT: Assignments, discussions on work related activities, and a project, which should be submitted at the end of the course; preferably a work-related case study.
