Effective Purchasing
TARGET GROUP: Employees of the Purchasing Department and other staff involved in the Purchasing Process.
BACKGROUND: This Course builds a foundation on the introduction of the principles of purchasing, whilst focusing on the tools and techniques for purchasing in a changing global environment. The programme is designed to take cognisance of the prominent role of the subject of Negotiation in the purchasing process. Trainees will be armed with the techniques and strategies of negotiation. The Programme concludes with an assessment and evaluation, the results of which will be submitted to the Company for its records or assessment.

ASSESSMENT: Trainees will be assessed and graded through the administration of a short examination.
